Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all use of DigiProdify, including prompts, uploaded inputs, AI-generated outputs, downloaded files, and any account activity. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy.

DigiProdify is an AI-powered platform for creating digital marketplace products such as printables, listing images, listing copy, and short promotional videos. The Service is intended for safe, lawful, commercial use only.

2. Prohibited Content (Strict)

You may not use DigiProdify to generate, request, upload, store, transmit, or distribute any of the following. These prohibitions apply to text prompts, reference inputs, generated images, generated videos, packaged downloads, and any derivative work:

  • NSFW (not safe for work) content of any kind
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Pornographic content
  • Adult content intended for sexual arousal or gratification
  • Nudity or sexualized nudity, whether photorealistic, illustrated, cartoon, anime, stylized, or implied
  • Erotic, fetish, or sexual roleplay content
  • Sexual content involving minors (CSAM)— including any sexualized depiction of a person under 18 years old, real or fictional. This is strictly forbidden, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable
  • Non-consensual sexual content, including depictions of sexual assault or content that uses a real person's likeness without their explicit, verifiable consent
  • Deepfake sexual content or any sexualized depiction of a real, identifiable person (celebrity, public figure, or private individual) without their explicit, verifiable consent
  • AI-generated adult contentin any form, including art styles marketed as “tasteful nudes,” “artistic erotica,” anime/hentai, or fantasy

3. Other Prohibited Uses

You may also not use DigiProdify to:

  • Generate content that is illegal under applicable law
  • Generate content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
  • Generate hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups
  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, including copyrighted characters, trademarked brands, or protected artwork styles you do not have rights to use
  • Generate content that impersonates real individuals, brands, or organizations in a misleading manner
  • Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or scam other people
  • Generate medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, jailbreak, or evade our content moderation, safety filters, or rate limits
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the AI generation pipeline
  • Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs in bulk
  • Use the Service for automated or industrial-scale generation without our written consent

4. Content Moderation

To enforce this policy, prompts submitted to DigiProdify are checked against a content moderation service before generation begins. Prompts that violate this policy may be blocked and will not consume credits. Repeated attempts to submit prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination.

We do not store or use rejected prompts for any purpose other than enforcement, debugging, and abuse prevention.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for everything you submit to and download from DigiProdify. Even when moderation allows a prompt or output, you remain responsible for ensuring the generated content complies with this policy, your local laws, and the policies of any marketplace where you publish it.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, contact us at [email protected]. Reports involving child sexual exploitation material will be prioritized and forwarded to the appropriate authorities.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion: blocking the request, removing the offending content, suspending the account, terminating the account without refund, denying future signups from the same person, and reporting the violation to payment processors and law enforcement.

8. Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
