We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your email address, display name, and password. We also collect information generated as you use the service, including products you create, generation logs, and credit transaction history.

We do not collect payment card details. All billing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Creem), which maintains its own privacy and security standards.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the DigiProdify service
• To authenticate your account and maintain session security
• To process subscription billing and credit management
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To improve and debug the AI generation pipeline

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in a secure environment. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id and are never stored in plain text. Session tokens are stored as HttpOnly cookies and expire after 30 days of inactivity.

Generated product files (images, PDFs, ZIPs) are stored on the server file system and are accessible only to the account owner. We use ownership checks on every file request to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Marketing Pixels

We use a session cookie (sid) to keep you signed in. This cookie is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and does not contain personal information — only a random session identifier.

We also load Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on public pages to measure traffic and marketing attribution, subject to your consent. These services may set their own cookies and may receive your IP address, browser information, and pages viewed. You can change your choices at any time: cookie preferences. 5. Third-Party Services

• Nano Banana (Gemini image model family) — third-party AI used to assist with image generation
• Google Veo — third-party AI used to assist with optional promotional video generation
• Creem — subscription billing and payment processing
• Google Analytics — site traffic and usage measurement
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — marketing attribution and ad measurement

These services may process prompts, generated outputs, account identifiers, billing details, IP address, or browser information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We only share the minimum information needed to perform the requested function.

DigiProdify uses third-party AI technologies, including Google Gemini, Nano Banana, and Google Veo, to assist with product planning, image generation, and video generation. DigiProdify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Google, Gemini, Nano Banana, Google Veo, Etsy, OpenAI, or any other third-party AI provider or marketplace mentioned on this website. All generated outputs are provided for user review. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that their final products comply with marketplace rules, copyright requirements, and applicable laws before publishing.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your generated product files before account deletion

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated product files are retained until you delete them or close your account. Credit transaction logs are retained for 12 months for billing dispute purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
