Refund Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Overview

DigiProdify provides AI-generated digital product files, listing draft copy, and downloadable packages. Because these outputs are delivered digitally and may be consumed immediately, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

3. Eligible Refunds

We may issue a refund when:

  • You were charged because of a verified billing error.
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation request.
  • The service was unavailable and no product generation was possible.
  • Duplicate charges were made for the same billing period.

4. Credits and Generated Files

Credits consumed for completed generations are not refundable. If a generation fails before producing usable output, the system may restore credits automatically or support may manually adjust your account after review.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, contact [email protected] with your account email, charge date, and a short explanation. We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
